Reiki Practitioner (Levels 1 & 2)
Begin your journey. Learn the fundamentals of Reiki, the traditional Usui symbols, and how to perform healing on yourself and others. This foundational training builds your energetic awareness and practical skills.

Your Questions Answered
The most important preparation is simply your intention to learn and be open to the experience. It’s helpful to be well-rested, hydrated, and to have avoided heavy meals or alcohol right before your session. Come with any questions you have and an open heart.
Currently, all training is offered exclusively one-on-one to ensure the highest quality and most personalized experience. Any local group workshops in Southern Ontario will be announced on the “News” page if they become available.
Yes. You will receive a beautiful certificate of completion for each level you are attuned to, affirming your status as a Reiki Practitioner or Reiki Master Teacher.
Each level is taught in a 1.5-hour one-on-one session. The Practitioner (Levels 1-2) course is 3 hours total, and the Master Teacher (Levels 1-3) course is 4.5 hours total. These sessions can be scheduled at a pace that works for you.
I teach the traditional Usui system of Reiki (Usui Shiki Ryoho), founded by Mikao Usui. This includes the traditional symbols, hand placements, and philosophies, which are then enhanced by my intuitive guidance on your personal energetic template.
An attunement is a sacred, energetic process performed by the Reiki Master (me) to open and align your energy channels (chakras) to the specific frequency of Reiki, or universal life force energy. This process is what allows you to channel Reiki for yourself and others.
The **Practitioner (Levels 1-2)** course certifies you to perform Reiki on yourself and others. The **Master Teacher (Levels 1-3)** course includes all of that, *plus* it provides you with the Master-level attunement, symbols, and knowledge required to teach Reiki and attune your own students.
This is my unique insight into how *you* as an individual are designed to process and guide energy. By understanding your own energetic uniqueness and heart center, you bypass doubt and learn to trust your intuition, making you a more confident and effective healer.
My goal is to train healers, not just teach a course. A one-on-one setting allows us to focus entirely on *you*. We can explore your specific questions, move at your pace, and most importantly, discover your personal energetic template, which is not possible in a group dynamic.
