My approach to Reiki is different. It is born from my own personal journey of working through profound energetic barriers. I’ve learned that to truly heal, we must be willing to look at the energies that are in the way.
While traditional Reiki provides a beautiful, gentle flow of energy, my practice also specializes in “cracking through” the specific, stubborn blocks that keep you from owning your sacred energetic “vessel.” This can involve working with ancestral patterns, nutritional influences, and deep-seated barriers to allow the Reiki energy a clear path to flow and heal.

For those in Kitchener, Ontario and surrounding areas, an in-person session allows for a direct, hands-on approach. Together, we will work to release energetic stagnation and align your body, mind, and spirit. This immersive experience offers a profound clearing, directly within your personal space.
