Meet Robert Williams

Reiki Master / Energy Healer

My journey into energy work wasn’t a business plan; it was a calling that life repeatedly sent signals for, often in the most challenging of times. For me, writing about myself isn’t about creating a package to sell. It’s about sharing the authentic story of how I came to understand and trust a gift that was hidden under many layers.

Often, the paths we fear are the ones that hold our greatest purpose. I learned that what felt like “crashing and burning” was actually life teaching me a new language—the language of energy. It taught me to see my own sensitivities not as a burden, but as the very lens through which I could perceive and interact with the world on a deeper level.

My Approach: Sound & Energy

There are two distinct tools I use in my practice, both guided by intuition and heart.

The Voice: Sound is a powerful vehicle for moving energy. This can take the form of chanting, singing, or holding a specific tone. I am intuitively guided to create the specific vibration needed to open a path for stagnant energies, allowing them to release and flow freely.

Energy & Intention: The second tool is the conscious direction of energy, used in tandem with sound. Intention is the mover and shaker of all energy work. My primary tool is choice—making a clear, spoken choice to shift, clear, and restore balance.

Pivotal Moments on My Path

A Sister’s Healing Nine years ago, during my Reiki Master certification, my teacher asked if anyone close to us was going through a tough time. My sister was in the hospital, undergoing a major operation. As a class, we were led in a guided meditation to send her healing energy remotely.

Later that week, my sister told me something astonishing. During the exact time of our class, she had a dream of a group of people she didn’t know meditating with her, surrounded by a pillar of white light. She woke up feeling significantly better. That moment was a profound confirmation, showing me that the energy we work with is real, powerful, and transcends physical distance.

The Land’s Whisper More recently, on a canoe trip in the backcountry of Quetico Provincial Park, I felt a deep sense of grief hanging over Oliphant Lake. It was a familiar feeling, reminiscent of the unresolved historical tensions I had sensed in sessions with clients—pain that lingers on a grand scale.

Guided by nature, particularly a small white pine at the water’s edge, I went to work. I allowed myself to become a channel to clear the energy that was calling for help. When I finished, I felt a reciprocal “thank you” from the land itself, as the wind wisped gently through that tree. It was a clear message: “This matters. Keep doing what you’re doing.”

My Philosophy

I’ve learned that while being attuned to energy is a gift, putting that awareness into conscious action is what creates real change. My goal in personal healing is to empower you so that you don’t need to keep coming back.

Space clearing, however, is different. It’s about creating a foundation of peace. Clearing the energy in your home or on your land ensures that the place where you lay your head is truly a sanctuary—a place that feels so good, coming back to it is always a blessing.
